Canceling your membership

If you wish to cancel your membership for whatever reason, you can email team@fuzionfit.com to cancel your membership, and no further action will be needed on your end. You are also welcome to stop at the front desk and notify the staff that you wish to cancel your membership, thus ending your use of the facilities. 

If you forget to notify us that you wish to cancel your membership, we can not refund the time that has passed since. This is why we strongly urge you to EMAIL us when you wish to cancel, leaving a traceable date of contact.  

When you cancel your membership your cleaning fee will also be terminated. 

 

Freezing your membership

To freeze your gym membership, please email, or stop at the front desk to notify our staff. We allow for one month to be frozen at a time. 

We are also now offering a $5 monthly freeze charge. All months you plan to be gone for must be paid for upfront, and can not be refunded if your travel plans change/end early. You are welcome though to contact the gym via email, to add more months onto your freeze if travel becomes extended. 

If you do not wish to pay the $5 freeze per month, your membership will be terminated, and upon signing up again, you will have to pay the $30 enrollment fee again.
