Our Classes
Intro To Pole
Intro To Pole is a foundational pole class that helps you learn the groundwork of pole dancing. From some basic tricks and skills to beginner choreography and dance, this class is a perfect way to push outside of your comfort zone and try something new. No Prerequisites!
Join us Tuesdays 5-6 and Thursdays 6:45-7:45
Intermediate Pole
Tricks And Transitions
Intermediate pole is a middle-level pole class designed for those ready to step out of intro. In intermediate pole we will work on various on pole skills like, butterfly, brass monkey, shoulder mounts, lay backs, and aerial inversions.
Tricks and transitions is an ADVANCED pole class where students will learn skills and sequence multiple difficult tricks together on the pole.
Prerequisites are brass monkey, superman, shoulder mount, lay back, all leg hangs, aerial inversions. You may be asked to demonstrate skills upon arrival (After warming up). A refund will not be given for students who cannot demonstrate the prerequisites required.

Pole Open Gym
Pole Open Gym is a training time for students to get solo work done. Pole Open Gym is not recommended or allowed for those who have never done pole before, as it is not a class and you will not be spotted on tricks or taught anything.
Students are responsible for their own warm-up, as well as staying within their own realm of conformability.
Join us Tuesdays 6:15-7:30 and Sundays 5:00 -6:30
Heels And Kips
Heels and kips is a high-level heels class that will cover a range of heel styles. From heel clacks to smooth flows, this class will expand your horizons of heel expression and movement.
